Norian watches your email, Slack and Teams, and keeps track of what you, your team, and your clients agreed to. When something starts to slip, you hear about it in time. You will always look completely on top of things.
We haven't seen the revised brand deck from Mira, promised for Monday.
Thomas still has an open question: is the workshop included in invoice #24?
You're still waiting on Brömer & Co for the signed contract revision.
Lost every year to inefficient client coordination and dropped follow-ups.
Business buyers have left a supplier that let service quietly slip.
What a single client relationship is worth to you across a year.
Norian is not another app to check or a bot in your meetings. You keep working exactly as you do now, and it watches quietly in the background, speaking up only when something is slipping.
Norian keeps a quiet, running picture of each client relationship. It builds itself from your conversations, so there is nothing to fill in and nothing to keep up to date. When someone new picks up the account, the whole history is already there.
A CRM remembers what you tell it. Norian remembers what you don't.
Most tools do a piece of the job. Norian does the whole thing.
After years of working with clients, I kept noticing the same thing. Relationships rarely break over something big. They cool, quietly, because small things get forgotten. Everyone is busy, and it is the forgotten follow-up that does the damage. Norian started as a list I kept for myself: what I owed each client, and what they still owed me. But a list only catches what you remember to write down. So I built Norian, which catches the rest. It takes you from mostly on top of things, to never missing a thing.
Your clients' data stays theirs. And yours. No recording bots in your meetings. Norian only reads the trail that is already in your inbox and chats.
Norian never sends, deletes, or modifies a single message.
One-line extract, then the original is discarded.
All data on European servers. GDPR, Netherlands law.
Your data never trains models. OpenAI DPA signed.
Your data is hosted in the EU, for privacy. Norian works wherever in the world you do.
No. A CRM remembers what you tell it, so it only works if you keep feeding it. Norian is the opposite. It remembers what you didn’t write down, because it builds the picture of each client from your actual conversations. Nothing to fill in, nothing to keep up to date.
Norian doesn’t replace your task manager. It catches the commitments your task manager never knew existed. Tools like Boomerang, Notion, or your to-do list only work on what you remembered to add. Norian watches alongside them and picks up what was promised in the conversation itself, then tells you when something is going quiet.
No. Norian is an automated tool, no different in principle from your email client, your spam filter, or your inbox’s search function. No human at Norian ever accesses your email content. What we store is a one-line summary: who owes what to whom, and when. The underlying content of your emails is never retained.
Only messages to and from the clients Norian monitors. It reads the content in memory to extract structured summaries, then discards the original immediately. Raw message content is never stored. Nothing you receive or send can be seen by another person. An automated process scans your channels once daily, looking only for commitments and requests.
No. Most mornings you won’t hear from us. We only send an email when something in your client inbox has gone quiet long enough to matter, or when something looks like it’s about to slip. If nothing’s slipping, you get nothing.
Yes to both. Norian works wherever you use Gmail, Outlook, Slack, or Teams, so you can be anywhere in the world. Your data is hosted on EU servers for privacy and GDPR, but that is about where your data lives, not where you can use it. And Norian reads and understands email in more than 50 languages, keeping every summary in the language the message was written in, so nothing is lost in translation.
Norian checks what actually got done across your channels, and tells you the moment something needs you. Quietly, without chasing.
