Which channels Norian can watch, and how email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams work together.
Norian starts with email. Where enabled on your account, it can also watch Slack and Microsoft Teams, so a commitment made in a chat gets the same follow-through as one made over email.
Each channel is connected on its own, and chat channels ask you to say which client a channel or chat belongs to before Norian pays attention to it.
