Export your data

Owners can download a full export of their workspace's data at any time. The export is a JSON file containing your account settings, monitored clients and domains, contacts, and every commitment, request, and decision Norian has extracted.

Raw email bodies are never stored in the first place, so there's nothing to include there. What you get is exactly what Norian keeps: structured summaries, not source emails.

This covers the same ground as a GDPR data access or portability request (Articles 15 and 20), in a format you can open, search, or hand to someone else without needing to ask us for anything further.

To request the export, look for "Download my data" in your workspace settings. If you can't find it or need it in a different form, reach out and we'll sort it out directly.
