See your history with a client
How organisations and contacts build a running record of open items and follow-through.
Every organisation and contact in Norian quietly builds up its own history: what's currently open, how reliably things get resolved, and a record of commitments and decisions over time.
This is worth a look before a call. Open the client's page and you'll see where things stand without needing to scroll back through old email threads to reconstruct it yourself.

The record includes both sides of the relationship, commitments you made and requests your client made, alongside the decisions that were reached along the way. Decisions are kept for reference and don't show up on your radar or in the digest, since there's nothing left to act on.
On a team, you can choose to show or hide teammate activity on a client's page. By default, admins see everyone's activity and members see their own, but this is adjustable per client. More on what teammates can and can't see is in Shared visibility and access.
