Accuracy and your control

Norian only sees the channels you connect. That means some things won't be caught: a call where you agreed something verbally, a reply on a channel you haven't connected, a conversation that happened in person. Norian doesn't know what it can't see, so it never assumes the worst - if something looks unresolved, that just means we haven't seen a response yet, not that nothing happened.

When Norian does get something wrong, you have two ways to correct it:

• Not relevant to me removes an item from your own radar. It's a personal correction - the item stays visible to any teammate who can also see it.
• Report as false positive (on a team account) flags the item as a wrong catch. It clears the item from your own radar and keeps it out of the digest for the whole team, but teammates still see it on their own radar with a note that you reported it.

Both corrections help Norian stay useful without asking you to explain yourself.

On storage: Norian keeps a one-line summary of each commitment, request, or decision it extracts. We never store the raw email, and we never train models on your data.
