Follow up with a client

When something has been open for a while, Norian can put together a draft follow-up for you. You can draft one item at a time, or bundle several open items with the same client into a single message instead of sending a handful of small nudges.

Drafts are draft-only. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf. We write the text, you review it, and you copy it into your own email to send when you're ready.

Over time, Norian can learn a little about how you write, so drafts sound more like you and less like a template. This is entirely optional, and you can turn it off or reset what's been learned at any point in Your writing voice.
