Multiple inboxes

You can connect more than one inbox to Norian, useful if you split client work across a personal and a work account, or across Gmail and Outlook.

Primary inbox

One connected inbox is marked as primary. It's used for resolution checks and, unless you set a different digest target, it's also where your daily digest lands by default. You can change which inbox is primary at any time from your connections list in Settings.

Choosing where your digest arrives

Each member can choose which inbox receives their daily digest, independent of which inbox is primary. If no digest target is set, the digest falls back to your Norian login email. Change this from the digest delivery picker above your connections list.

Extra inboxes and pricing

Your plan includes one inbox. Additional inboxes are a paid add-on, billed per connected inbox. See Plans and pricing for current rates and what's included in each plan.
