Invite teammates & roles
How to add teammates to your Norian workspace and what each role can do.
Every Norian account is a team workspace, even if you're the only person on it today. When you invite a teammate, you're adding them to that same workspace rather than creating something new.
Roles
Each teammate gets one of three roles:
- Owner - full control, including billing and removing members. Set automatically for whoever created the workspace.
- Admin - can invite and manage teammates and see all client activity across the workspace, but can't touch billing.
- Member - has their own radar and sees what teammates share with them (see Shared visibility & access).
Seats and the fair-use cap
Adding a teammate adds a seat to your plan. Each workspace also has a fair-use cap of 20 connections in total, counting both seats and connected inboxes. If you're planning to grow past that, reach out and we'll sort out an option that fits.
What a new teammate sees
A teammate connects their own inbox and gets their own radar, scoped to what their inbox picks up. What they see of everyone else's work depends on the access an admin sets up. For that, see Shared visibility & access.
