Norian can watch Microsoft Teams chats the same way it watches email: reading for commitments and requests, then flagging the ones at risk of slipping.

Connect an inbox first

Teams monitoring builds on top of your existing email monitoring, so you'll need an email inbox connected before you can connect Teams. Norian uses the clients it already knows about from your inbox as the starting point for matching Teams activity to the right client.

Designate which client a chat is for

After connecting, you tell Norian which client each Teams chat belongs to. Norian only watches chats you've designated this way; nothing is read by default.
