What Norian is (and isn't)

Norian watches the channels you connect, such as email, and where enabled, Slack or Microsoft Teams. It looks for commitments and requests inside that conversation, keeps track of whether they get resolved, and sends a daily digest only when something looks at risk. Most days, it says nothing at all. Quiet is the normal state.

Who it's for

Norian is built for people who manage several client relationships mostly through email and are personally on the hook for follow-through. Independent consultants, account managers at small agencies, and anyone else without a dedicated team to catch what falls through the cracks.

Every Norian account is set up as a team workspace, even when it's just you. If you invite a colleague later, they show up alongside you in the same workspace.

What it does not do

Norian never sends, deletes, or changes anything on your behalf. It reads, it watches, and it reports. It also only knows about the channels you've actually connected. If a commitment was settled on a call or in a channel Norian doesn't see, Norian has no way to know that, so it reports what it can observe rather than assuming the worst.
