Shared visibility & access

What teammates can see of each other's client work, and how admins control it.

On a team, each member has their own radar, built from their own inbox. What they see beyond that is controlled, not automatic.

Organisation and contact pages

Client organisation and contact pages can show or hide teammate activity. Each member chooses whether to see it, per client, with a "show team activity" toggle. Admins see everything by default; members start with it off and can turn it on where it's useful.

Who can see which client

Admins decide which teammates have access to which client's items. A teammate typically gets access automatically once their own inbox has activity with that client, and an admin can share access more broadly from there.

Snoozing and dismissing

Snoozing an item snoozes it for everyone who can see it. Dismissing works differently depending on which action you take:

  • Not relevant to me is personal. It clears the item from your own radar only; teammates who can see it still will.
  • Report as false positive clears the item from your own radar and keeps it out of the digest for the whole team, but teammates still see it on their own radar with a note that you reported it.
