Where your data lives

Your data is hosted in the EU. The database that stores your account settings, monitored clients, contacts, and extracted items runs on EU infrastructure, and the service that connects to your inbox and manages the OAuth connection is also EU-hosted.

We treat EU data residency as non-negotiable, not a checkbox. Every part of the pipeline that touches your email, from the inbox connection to the AI extraction step, stays within the EU rather than routing through infrastructure elsewhere.

This matters most if you're a consultant or agency handling client communication under GDPR yourself. Norian is built to sit inside that obligation, not outside it.
