Is it really read-only? Yes. The connection to your inbox only lets Norian read email, it can't send, delete, or change anything. See What we read and store for the full scope.

Why is it so quiet? Quiet is the normal state. Norian only sends a digest when something is genuinely at risk, so most days bring nothing at all. See Quiet by design for how that decision gets made.

Can I add something manually? Yes. If Norian didn't catch a commitment on its own, or you want to track something that isn't in your inbox, you can add it directly from your radar. It's marked as manually added so we can tell the difference.

What is the difference between "not relevant" and "false positive"? "Not relevant to me" is a personal correction, it clears the item from your own radar but leaves it visible to teammates. "Report as false positive" (on a team account) also clears it from your own radar and keeps it out of the digest for the whole team, while teammates still see it with a note that you reported it. Do you store my emails? No. We extract a one-line summary and discard the original email. Nothing is used to train AI models. See What we read and store for details.
