Fixing digests and catches

What to check when digests stop arriving, something gets missed, or a catch looks wrong.

"I'm not getting digests" Quiet is normal, Norian only sends a digest when something is genuinely at risk, so a stretch of silence usually just means nothing needed your attention. If you think that's wrong, check three things: that an inbox is still connected (a dropped connection pauses monitoring entirely, see Reconnecting a dropped inbox), your alert threshold in settings, and whether weekend digests are switched on if you're checking over a weekend.

"Norian missed something" Norian only sees the channels you've connected. A commitment made on a call, in person, or on a channel that isn't connected won't show up, because we haven't seen it. If something slipped through on a connected channel, you can add it manually from your radar so it's tracked going forward. See Accuracy and your control for what else can affect what gets caught.

"Wrong catch" If an item shouldn't be on your radar, use "Not relevant to me" to clear it from your own view. If it's genuinely wrong, not just something you've handled elsewhere, use "Report as false positive" instead (on a team account), which clears it from your radar and keeps it out of the digest for the whole team, while teammates still see it with a note that you reported it. See Work your radar for both actions and what each one does.
