Your writing voice

Some features described here are rolling out gradually and may not be on your account yet.

When drafting is enabled, Norian can learn your style from the edits you make to drafts, so your follow-ups sound like you rather than a generic template.

What Norian learns

Norian stores only a content-free style summary: things like your usual greeting, whether you tend to sign off, how long your messages run, and their general tone. It never stores your email content, and the summary is built from patterns in your edits, not from anything you wrote to a client.

Learning needs a few edited drafts before a pattern emerges. Until then, Settings shows "Norian is still learning how you write."

Turning learning off

Learning is on by default whenever drafting is available. You can turn it off from the "Your writing voice" panel in Settings. Turning it off stops new learning; it doesn't erase what's already been learned.

Resetting what's been learned

If your style card doesn't feel right, or your writing style has genuinely changed, use "Reset what Norian has learned" to clear it and start over.
